Location:
Private French Elementary School in Roxboro

Start Date:

ASAP

End Date:
June 20, 2024

Pay Rate:
To be discussed based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm (30 min break 5.5 hrs shift) OR
2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (4 hrs shift)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Student Safety:
Monitor and supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and other designated times to ensure a secure and orderly environment

Behavioural Management:

Address and manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere

Emergency Response:

Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, including evacuations and lockdown procedures, ensuring the safety of all students

Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to address specific student needs and support a cohesive school community

Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on student behavior, progress, and any relevant concerns

Record Keeping:

Keep accurate records of incidents, observations, and interventions, reporting any significant issues to the appropriate school personnel

Conflict Resolution:

Assist in resolving conflicts among students and promote positive peer relationships.
