Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is seeking an experienced

Document Management (DMG) Technician with experience in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical industry.

This role will be located in a busy and growing Oil & Gas Canada team in

Calgary, AB. Working the standard office hybrid work schedule.

Come and join a winning team Join #teamwood_**This role will coordinate, process, and manage the flow of documents between disciplines, the client, suppliers, and contractors in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Review submitted documents for adherence to nontechnical requirements.
Ensure document control function is being performed in accordance with project procedures and requirements in a timely manner.
Process all documents using the Wood and/or Client project document systems.
Communicate effectively with appropriate project staff on the status of documents.

Skills / Qualifications:

35 years' experience working in an Electronic Document Management System
35 years' experience in a similar document management role
Experience with handling and processing different types of documents in electronic format.
Computer literate with prior data entry experience
Proactive, deadlineoriented with ability to multitask
Proven organizational and communication skills.
Experience working in an engineering consulting environment is preferred.
Experience using MS Teams for communication.
Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Be familiar with basic engineering, supplier, and contractor document processes.
