Job Description/Duties:


  • Provide regular updates on project status.
  • Demonstrate reliability and excellent communication skills.
  • Perform accurate door and material takeoffs.
  • Place material orders, ensuring proper communication with the involved Project Manager.
  • Maintain effective communication with trades, homeowners, clients, etc.
  • Meet with building inspectors, engineers, and attend site meetings.
  • Ensure sites are clean and safe.
  • Conduct thorough site reviews.
  • Assist in site coordination and scheduling with Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate and assist in rectifying deficiencies.
  • Assist with client material signoffs as needed.
Regular travel between jobsites is required. Fuel reimbursement and vehicle allowance will be provided.

Salary:
From $72,000.00 per year
