Job Description:


As a Regional Sales Manager (British Columbia), you will be play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy tosurpass territory objectives and drive business growth.

You will collaboration with multiple stakeholders while leading and supporting a professional sales team, ensuring their exceptional performance.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to driving sales in our fast-paced and exciting company.


Main Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing sales strategies and tactics to consistently surpass territory objectives.
  • Identifying and monitoring KPIs such as ROI, LTV\CAC, Inbound generation, win rates, etc. to drive goal chievement.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure performance.
  • Managing and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Participating in the recruitment, training, and mentorship activities for sales team members.
  • Planning and facilitating the professional development of sales team members.
  • Driving business development and establish effective public relations relevant to enhance sales performance in BC.
  • Providing support to account executives in strategic negotiations and deals.
  • Undertake any additoinal tasks or responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree in business administration, communications, or other related discipline.
  • 5+ years experience of SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years experience in managing a sales team and recruiting members.
  • Market watch (trends, monitoring, news, and articles) as well as metrics intelligence (objective conversion) experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills in leading the professional development of sales professionals and the growth of MEDFAR.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, problem solve and communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to support and motivate the sales team in exceeding objectives.
  • Advanced communication skills English (both oral and written).
  • Health Industry experience (asset)

Working conditions

  • Flexible working arrangements with options for both remote and inoffice work.
  • Fulltime permanent position (40 hours per week)
