Job purpose:

The main purpose of this position is to install and remove molds from the injection molding machines. This includes the installation and removal of nozzles, heater blocks, water lines, hydraulic lines and pneumatics.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Assists in the safe and efficient process of mold set up and removal by following the production schedule and established procedures.


  • Utilization of IQMS as required
  • Complies with all corporate policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration rules (OHSA) while working
  • To wear any equipment, protective devices or clothing required by the Company; report to a manager or supervisor any known missing or defective equipment, protective device or known workplace hazard that may be dangerous to any worker and do not use or operate any equipment or work in a way that may endanger himself/herself or any other employee
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Must be self
- motivated

  • Must be safety oriented and mechanically inclined
  • Must have a certified lift truck/ boom truck/scissor lift ticket
  • Completed Fall Arrest Training
  • Completed Lock out Training
  • Completed Crane Training
  • Computer savvy
  • Organized and detail oriented
*Must be willing to work on 12 hours continental rotating shifts


Job Types:

$24.36 per hour
