  • 1. Instruct students in the Culinary Arts Program & the Professional Cooking Program.
  • Plan and deliver instruction, evaluate student performance, present demonstrations and workshops.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
  • Participate in program, campus, SaskPolytech, industry and other professional or stakeholders' activities.
  • Establish and maintain community contacts within the industry.
  • Other instructional duties as assigned.

  • 1. Interprovincial Journeyperson Cook or Journeyperson Meatcutter required.
  • Minimum 3 years recent and relevant experience
  • Knowledge of budget development and monitoring.

  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Effective team building and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrates valuing diversity
