Job Duties - 1. Instruct students in the Culinary Arts Program & the Professional Cooking Program.
- Plan and deliver instruction, evaluate student performance, present demonstrations and workshops.
- Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
- Participate in program, campus, SaskPolytech, industry and other professional or stakeholders' activities.
- Establish and maintain community contacts within the industry.
- Other instructional duties as assigned.

- 1. Interprovincial Journeyperson Cook or Journeyperson Meatcutter required.
- Minimum 3 years recent and relevant experience
- Knowledge of budget development and monitoring.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Effective team building and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity
