    Overview:

    We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Structural Engineer/Project Manager. This position entails overseeing structural engineering design, investigations, and the management of multiple projects with diverse scopes and complexities.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct structural evaluations of existing buildings/structures
    • Prepare comprehensive condition/evaluation reports
    • Manage engineering design tasks and oversee projects of varying complexities
    • Lead intricate engineering design projects in collaboration with senior Engineers
    • Utilize a range of standard engineering methods to address challenges
    • Review structural engineering shop drawings and calculations in the office
    • Inspect structural aspects of construction projects in the field (e.g., reinforcing steel)
    • Utilize design software for structural purposes under the guidance of senior Engineers
    • Suggest technological enhancements to the department
    • Support fellow engineers in executing precise technical assignments
    • Provide guidance to junior and student engineers or technicians
    • Engage with clients when necessary
    • Handle project management and coordination tasks
    • Perform other delegated duties and responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
    Professional Engineer license
    Minimum 5+ years of experience
    Background in consulting or construction engineering, overseeing structural investigation and restoration ventures
    Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
    Ability to offer leadership to junior engineers/technicians
    Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting
    Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
    Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
    Effective oral and written communication skills in English
    Exhibit business integrity and professionalism
    Hold a valid Driver's License
