    Description
    Art Engineering Inc. (Complete structural analyses, calculations, and designs for a variety of projects
    Prepare structural drawings and technical reports for projects, while peer reviewing the work of fellow team members
    Conduct site inspections and field reviews
    Manage communications with contactors, clients, subconsultants, and internal teams throughout projects while strengthening professional relationships
    Manage projects to ensure schedule milestones and budget constraints are met
    Knowledge and understanding of relevant local standards and codes (OBC, NBCC, MTO Manuals, etc.)
    ~ Moderate level of proficiency in AutoCAD
    ~ High level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    ~ Valid 'G' driver's license and access to personal vehicle for travel to project sites
    ~ Performance based bonuses
    Flexible working location (hybrid) and hours (following probationary period)
