McMillan has an exciting opportunity as a
Coordinator, Professional Growth & Management working from our
Toronto office and supporting programs for our legal professionals nationally.

As a member of the Professional Growth & Management team, you will play a key role in the administrative aspects of a fast-paced department
.



What You'll Do

Additional tasks include:

organizing and maintaining the PGM electronic files in the firm document management system (DMS), calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics, processing invoices and budget tracking and undertaking special projects and other duties as assigned.


What You Bring
You have established yourself as a key resource in your successful administrative career.

Your history includes providing administrative, preferably in a professional services firm, with a minimum of _three years_ of administrative experience.

You have strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills. You are self-starter and have been entrusted with projects from start-to-finish. You are detail-oriented and are able to effectively meet deadlines with on-going overlapping projects and initiatives. You work well in a team setting, and provide an exceptional level of client service. You embrace evolving technology and have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with viRecruit is an asset_. Previous law firm experience, and/or experience supporting continuing professional development programs would be considered an asset._
