Key Responsibilities:


  • Drywall repairs
  • Painting (interior and exterior)
  • Flooring repairs
  • Tile repair and replacement
  • Minor plumbing (changing out washers, taps, toilets, plunging or snaking blockages, etc.)
  • Minor electrical (changing switches, ballasts, etc.)
  • General carpentry
  • Installing fixtures (ie. doors, lights, etc )
  • Waste management
  • Other duties as may be determined

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • 5+ years industry related experience is an asset
  • Valid G or G2 driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of customer service principles
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently within a team environment or independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to work in all types of conditions (hot, cold, wet and dusty)
  • Willing to work evening, on call and weekends as determined by the needs of the business
  • Periodic travel may be required
  • CSA approved safety footwear worn at all times

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (Repetitive and Consistent)
  • Mobility in tight spaces
  • Working at heights (over 5 feet) periodically
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and kneel for sustained periods
