Purpose of Role:
_ Support all of business operations and leaders at our Nisku Fabrication site._

Key Responsibilities:
_(What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required)_

  • Safety and CI Support: Supporting all Initiatives and Communication to ensure a world class Safety culture.
  • Quality Team Support: Collect data for display in our shop and prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership review. Preparing documents in accordance with ISO standards for the QA Manager.
  • Manufacturing: Design and create presentations for company report outs, and collect and maintain purchasing data for accurate tracking.
  • Maintenance: Entering and tracking work orders in to our system
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in the entire Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous office administrative support required.
  • Comfort with a maximum of 29 hours per week.
