Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Lead Technician Electrical, Reliability on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK.

What you'll do:
- You will develop care strategies for assets using a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach and Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
- You will ensure that Access Care Strategies (ACSs) are both technically feasible and worth doing based on the operating context and mechanical characteristics of assets.
- You will investigate and leverage historical data, and current, and best practices to develop and improve maintenance tactics.
- You will analyze asset data and trends to identify and eliminate chronic equipment reliability problems and make recommendations to improve asset performance.
- You will identify unreliable equipment (bad actors) and make changes to operating or maintenance strategies that result in improved Safety, Equipment Reliability, Maintenance Availability, and Operational Availability.
- You will provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support related to complex or specialized asset operation and performance analysis and input and guidance for technical issues.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Engineering & Engineering Technology and:
- You have a 2-year technical diploma in engineering technology or a related electrical field. (High School Diploma and Trades Certification will be considered)
- You have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience preferably in duties associated with engineering, maintenance, and equipment integrity. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- You have related experience in the petroleum industry, preferably in a manufacturing facility, and an understanding of facility operations is desirable.
- You are familiar with Education in Reliability-Centered Maintenance methodology (RCM) and maintenance management such as Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association (PEMAC). (Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program is an asset).
- You must possess excellent collaboration, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
