    Description

    Data Entry Operator - Advanced

    On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Entry Operator - Advanced.

    Data Entry Operator - Advanced – Job Description

    • Handling and preparing mailouts
    • Batching and scanning of documents
    • Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data for UPS courier
    • Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level (FATCA and UPS)
    • Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice)

    Data Entry Operator - Advanced – Mandatory Skills

    • 2+ years related experience accurately recording customer/client information
    • Excellent data entry skills using MS Excel, ability to accurately enter large amounts of data
    • Batching/Scanning experience would be an asset
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
    • Multi-tasking skills
