    IT Business Analyst - InEight (Hard Dollar)/Oracle PPM/ Construction Management Software/PPM/Primavera

    Reports To: IT Business Applications Manager

    Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Vaughan, Ontario

    Job Title: InEight (Hard Dollar) Business Analyst (or Oracle PPM)

    Position Overview:

    As an InEight Business Analyst (or Oracle PPM), you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and utilization of our software solutions for our business users. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis, project management, and technology to understand client needs, design effective solutions, and optimize processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system designs.

    Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in InEight (or Oracle PPM) software to design customized solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and user-friendliness.

    System Configuration: Configure and customize InEight (or Oracle PPM) software modules according to client specifications, ensuring that all functionalities meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

    Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring the reliability and integrity of the system.

    User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on the functionality and features of InEight (or Oracle PPM) software, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

    Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including communication, training, and documentation, to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.

    Project Management: Lead or contribute to project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

    Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to InEight (or Oracle PPM) software, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of client systems and processes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Analyst, preferably in the implementation and support of InEight (or Oracle PPM)/Primavera software solutions.

    In-depth knowledge of InEight (or Oracle PPM) software modules, functionalities, and configurations.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

    Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., InEight certification, Oracle PPM certification) is a plus.
