Schedule
:
Monday to Friday; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; 40hrs / week

Job Duties:

  • Perform doortodoor sales calls with potential clients.
  • Provide uptodate information and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Negotiate custom rates with clients and open new shipping accounts.
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and coworkers.
  • Outoftown travel across our service area in order to secure new accounts.
  • Keep track of potential leads and manage followup calls.
  • Comply with company policy and safety protocol.
  • Maintain regular contact with management and provide updates on current sales leads.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or suitable equivalent
  • 12 years of sales and customer service experience is necessary.
  • Well groomed, professional appearance
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to maintain calm, polite and patience in stressful situations
  • Ability to connect with guests and consistently give them a positive customer experience
  • Team player
