We are currently looking for a career oriented, highly motivated professional with strong sales and customer relations experience, who is eager to do what it takes to gain the experience within our organization to rapidly grow the role into that of a Sales Manager and to continue to work in expanding the company's customer base, identifying emerging/shifting markets and opportunities, while achieving growth and hitting sales targets through the successful coaching of a growing sales team.

DESCRIPTION

Initially work within our SR1 role aimed at prospecting and creating meetings with specific small business target markets. The next milestone will be to develop SR2 skills along with effective business strategies to help satisfy team sales targets as well as solutions that allow clients to prosper in digital marketing
Creation of actionable sales metrics for sales team members through the sales cycle
Aid and assist team members in strategy of lead follow up and scheduled sales meetings
Help build a goaloriented team that can continuously meet sales quota goals and expectations
Log all lead data within our proprietary lead management system

DESIRED SKILLS

Confident and comfortable with nurturing incoming leads, prospecting, cold calling and closing sales.
Strong presentation skills
Proficient at conducting client needs analysis through research and client engagement
Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Experience in internet marketing, search marketing and/or web development is strongly preferred.
Post secondary diploma/degree preferred
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
