This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.

_Dependent on experience, we are open to hiring a Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager._ _#LIremote_


As a Product Manager, your goal is to help build an experiment-friendly culture that encourages failure and empowers teams to build great products and own their code all the way into production.

You will also gather feedback and investigate performance of the Vena platform in the field.

You will be an essential part of the team as we scale our teams and push ourselves to become the next great Canadian software company.


What you will do:

  • Align Vena's product roadmap with business strategies and establish a shared vision across stakeholders
  • Write requirements for your scrum team and PM the software development lifecycle
  • Assess opportunities and develop prototypes in order to determine the best solutions from user experience and business outcome perspectives
  • Serve as the liaison between the user community (users, internal consultants and external customers) and the software engineering team

Does this sound like you?:

  • 2+ years of experience in a product or customer facing role with hands on technical experience (Sales engineering, Services, Product Support)
  • Technically savvy with a desire to know the details of how something is built
  • You have a passion for software and technology solutions that build simple and intuitive interfaces
  • Familiarity with quantitative research methods such as AB testing and analytics
