Major Responsibilities:


  • Assists with various divisional programs and office functions.
  • Assists with collecting data and assembling information packages for various projects/assignments/operations.
  • Locates, searches, records, photographs, inputs data, field notes, sketches, etc.
  • Travels to various locations and/or attends special events with staff to distribute and provide information and answer general questions.
  • Assists with packing, delivering, setting up displays, equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Provides information, documents requests/findings for information and directs inquiries to appropriate staff to answer questions/handle requests.

Key Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function (i.e. hospitality, business, marketing, tourism or other relevant field), or an approved combination of education and experience.
  • Experience providing customer service and dealing with the public.

You must also have:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, clients and the general public.
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team setting.
