Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of related experience, preferably in customer service or publicfacing roles
- 2 years of experience in sales or salestargeted positions
- Licensed Real Estate Associate with the REALTORS Association of Winnipeg, in good standing
- Valid Class 5 driver's license in Manitoba
Responsibilities:
- Create a large client base of potential home buyers and investors.
- Be knowledgeable about the area you are selling in.
- Understand the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Deal with difficult people.
- Stay up to date on real estate trends by reading industry blogs and journals.
- Remain patient throughout the home buying and selling process.
Salary:
$31,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
