Business Services Coordinator - Centralized, Work from home

About this opportunity:


The Business Services Coordinator will form part of a National team of Disability Services and will work closely and collaboratively with referral sources, clinical teams and other stakeholders to manage referrals through an effective process to ensure appropriate access to care.

The BSC is accountable for ensuring a high quality of customer service that exceeds standards and expectations of CBI Health and stakeholders.


Take an inside look at what you'll do each day:

  • Central referral management inclusive of triage processes
  • Accurately schedule and confirm clients, when appropriate, in scheduling system within targeted timelines and in accordance with SLAs (or utilize Escalation process when unable to do so)
  • Initiate file management tasks on files as assigned by CCC for single discipline or similar files
  • Complete data entry for reporting requirements, analysis, and tracking requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between National Team and the clinics and associated business units
  • Provide administrative support in conjunction with BSC colleagues and to national initiatives as they arise
  • Seek to develop more efficient methods for all processes within the network to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience with internal and external clients and stakeholders

What you will need to be successful:

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service driven environment
  • Experience working in deadlinedriven environments
  • Able to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of funder requirements is a plus
  • Manages multiple priorities as circumstances and information change frequently
