We're in search of a dedicated Sales Rep to become an integral part of our growing company. The Sales Specialist will focus on delivering top-notch service to our clientele and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering expert guidance and knowledge on our premium cigars and merchandise.
Initiate meaningful conversations with customers to understand their preferences and requirements, suggesting the most suitable products.
Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
Exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
Maintain the boutique's immaculate appearance and cleanliness and product organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, adhering to cash handling protocols.
Stay current with industry trends, new arrivals, and promotions to provide clients with the utmost satisfaction.
Expand your expertise and sales acumen during your leisure work time.
Flexibility to work at our Wellington location when needed.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Demonstrated retail sales experience of 12 years.
A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service and building enduring customer bonds.
An innate curiosity and passion for product knowledge.
Strong sales aptitude and a resultsdriven approach that fuels sales success.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience working 811 hour shifts.
Must be 19 years of age or older.

*Competitive starting wage at $17 per hour with paid training and varying growth opportunities.
