We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Bus Driver to join our construction crew transportation team.

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our construction crew between Edmonton and our Fort Saskatchewan work site, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus to transport construction crew members to and from assigned destinations.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of crew members and other road users.
Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus, both inside and out.
Assist crew members with embarking and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Communicate effectively with crew members to provide relevant information and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and reporting of any issues.
Adhere to construction crew schedules and promptly inform the supervisor of any delays or disruptions.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
Excellent driving skills with a clean drivers abstract
Proven experience as a bus driver
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to operate and maintain a bus in a safe and efficient manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle varying weather and road conditions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
