Service Appointment Coordinator/BDC to become a valuable part of our team In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass managing scripted calls, both incoming and outgoing, and arranging as well as verifying service appointments for our esteemed customers.

Moreover, you'll play a vital role in conducting subsequent follow-up calls to ensure that customers enjoyed a top-notch experience during their service appointments.

Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Directing all customer inquiries accordingly
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up calls
  • Assist inperson customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required

$17.00-$19.00 per hour
