Job summary
The Director, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is responsible for designing, leading, and continuously enhancing the company's S&OP process to ensure alignment between commercial objectives, operational capabilities,and financial targets.
This role provides strategic leadership across supply planning,
production scheduling,
capacity planning,
and inventory management—while driving technology
and process transformation to support a fast-paced,
highly regulated cannabis environment.
