When your actions lead to success.

Develop and maintain project plans, prepare project status reports, and keep management, clients and other project stakeholders informed of the status.
Maintain the daytoday operation of projects ensuring that all projects are reliably delivered on time, on budget and with a high standard of quality.
Track key project milestones and proactively adjust project plans and/or resources to meet conditions and changes in project scope.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones for presentation to senior management.
Conduct indepth client interviews to determine scope, priority, and constraints of business needs.
Lead the development of project charters, business case documents and cost justifications
Engage IT and business stakeholders and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
Hold business stakeholders accountable for deliverables and work with them to assess and course correct as necessary to resolve issues.
Create clear and attainable project deliverables, based on project requirements, translates technical tasks into understandable tasks and milestones.

When your expertise drives us
:

Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, computer science or other related field
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP) Scrum Master certification a strong asset
Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification an asset
Project Management Professional (PMP) a strong asset
Experience leading software projects in Waterfall and Agile settings
Deep understanding of SCRUM and Kanban concepts
Ability to learn custom solutions indepth (features, functionalities) and assist with UAT
A strategic mindset, capable of connecting business outcomes to technology solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of communicating technical and nontechnical information effectively to all levels of the organization
Selfmotivated, capable of taking initiative to proactively problem solve and identify solutions with mínimal oversight
Organized individual with ability to prioritize and manage multiple IT projects at the same time
Demonstrated understanding of how technical constraints, business requirements, and user feedback affects design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent time management skills
Bilingual in English & French a strong asset
