    Responsibilities

    • Schedule manufacturing activities based on customer releases to optimize inventory and ensure prompt delivery
    • Assign work to direct reports and maintain regular communication to ensure efficient daily operations
    • Oversee product handling processes to prevent damage and ensure proper storage in designated areas
    • Ensure the production floor is equipped with appropriate work instructions and procedures
    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required; Postsecondary education preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
    • Familiarity with IATF 16949/ISO requirements,Health and Safety legislation and Significant Environmental Aspects including: Propane (LiftTruck Fuel); Surplus Resource Utilization/Energy Use; Waste Management; Use of Hazardous Materials (WHMIS)
    • Valid Ontario Driver's License
    • Proficient Computer Skills
