As a Treasury Analyst
You Will:

Assist with daily cash management activities including general cash management, short-term forecasting, short-term investments, and commercial paper issuance;
Monitor and report on key credit and performance metrics;
Transaction confirmation, settlement, and recordkeeping;
Bank administration and onboarding activities including opening/closing of bank accounts, analyzing bank fees and balances, and coordinating knowyourclient and antimoney laundering requirements;
Maintain intercompany debt, interest schedules, and repayments between various entities;
Maintain records for debt guarantees and related invoicing;
Assist in reporting for QuadReal's sustainable finance program including annual green bond and sustainabilitylinked loans;
Perform quarterly attestation procedures supporting debt compliance and various due diligence processes;

Your Background:

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a Finance or Treasury environment
Postsecondary education in Finance or related field of study
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Prior experience with Yardi and/or PowerBI is an asset
