As a Treasury Analyst
You Will:
- Assist with daily cash management activities including general cash management, short-term forecasting, short-term investments, and commercial paper issuance;
- Monitor and report on key credit and performance metrics;
- Transaction confirmation, settlement, and recordkeeping;
- Bank administration and onboarding activities including opening/closing of bank accounts, analyzing bank fees and balances, and coordinating knowyourclient and antimoney laundering requirements;
- Maintain intercompany debt, interest schedules, and repayments between various entities;
- Maintain records for debt guarantees and related invoicing;
- Assist in reporting for QuadReal's sustainable finance program including annual green bond and sustainabilitylinked loans;
- Perform quarterly attestation procedures supporting debt compliance and various due diligence processes;
Your Background:
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a Finance or Treasury environment
- Postsecondary education in Finance or related field of study
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior experience with Yardi and/or PowerBI is an asset
