The
Product Management Leader is a business leader shaping & executing business strategy through the development and commercialization of new technology, services and business models & innovation across the ES portfolio.

This role spans many different activities from strategic to tactical, serves as an interdisciplinary role between engineering-oriented teams and commercially oriented teams, and is responsible for planning, forecasting and marketing a product/service at all stages of the lifecycle.

Requirements:

Optimize quality of service delivery through work with Service leaders, Engineering, NPI, Technology, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Sales and Technical Marketing to drive improvements, differentiation, penetration and market expansion
Establish best practices for the diverse PM team and overseas activities on the Engineered Systems team.
Work to develop and execute launch plans to bring new introductions to the market and sales account managers by working closely with the BMS Commercial Organization, BMS Commercial Engineering, Product Marketing, Technology and Supply Chain teams
Develop concepts for new offerings by collecting and analyzing internal and external customer feedback, market research, emerging technology, and competitive trends
Responsible to achieve profitable growth through sustainable resources allocation and investment.
Leading the efforts to connect the extended PM team together to make sure customers receive value and Veolia gets commensurate margin.
Product Managers lead a multidisciplinary matrixed team to understand customer needs, analyze market conditions, define features or functions and ultimately deliver a product to suit those needs.
Develop, manage and implement forecasts and targeted product stocking strategies with Sales, PSI and Supply Chain
Provide direction and support for the creation of sales tools, launch materials and collaterals with Product Marketing resources

Qualifications

Bachelor's /Masters degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering is preferred
Ability to work with crossfunctional teams to help build effective processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other businessesfunctions
At least 5 additional years product management experience
At least 5 year estimating or commercial engineering, technology experience ELIGIBILITY
Willingness and ability to travel< 20% of the time
Bachelor's, preferred Masters degree from an accredited university or college, deep knowledge of the water technologies industry
