Job Summary

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Be able to follow instructions provided by Landscape Supervisor while completing tasks with highquality results and in assigned time frames.
  • Ensure equipment and tools are in good operating order and crew members are trained in proper and safe operations, including power tools, tampers, cutoff saws etc.
  • Must be able to operate skid steers and excavators.
  • Compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations to complete assigned work safely and effectively.
  • Maintenance of tools and other equipment, perform minor maintenance (paid by the company) and document any issues as they arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Participate in all training and performance reviews as assigned; GRN may sponsor additional education.
  • Perform any general labour assignments as needed.
  • Labor install landscapes efficiently and be willing to learn and run all aspects of a landscape construction project
  • Produce high quality work
  • Complete projects in estimated hours, safely and effectively
  • Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively as trained and required power tools, tampers, cutoff saws
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order, perform minor maintenance and document any issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 1 year experience in landscaping (required).
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence (required).
  • Must be able to provide a clean driver's abstract (required).

$22.00-$26.00 per hour
