Position synopsis
NGX Interactive is seeking a Producer to join our team. Our Producers work in partnership with our Project Managers to lead our projects from concept to completion. Producers define and hold the vision while Project Managers lead on process and execution.

Producers are
strategic leaders and skilled
facilitators. They are
solution-oriented,
adaptive to the fluid needs of ambitious, complex projects. Our Producers are
relationship-driven, fostering lasting relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and internal team members.

They work collaboratively with Project Managers, Film Leads, Designers, Content Strategists, Animators, Video Producers and Developers, to deliver high quality creative work on schedule and on budget.

They are creative, articulate, and focused leaders that rally the team to create outstanding, innovative work.


Projects include large-scale immersive experiences; storytelling and educational interactive exhibits and films within museums, science centres, and cultural institutions; digital, VR and AR patient wellness initiatives in the healthcare sector; and play-based interactive attractions for family entertainment centers.

Technology includes multi-user touch tables, large touch walls, gesture experiences, augmented reality, and projection mapping installations.


Desired qualifications, skills and experience

  • Defines and holds the vision, and objectives for the project
  • Creates long term relationships with clients and partners based on trust and authenticity
  • Guides work of other contributors towards client goals
  • Runs client meetings, creates meeting agendas and issues meeting summaries
  • Explores objectives with the client and communicates deliverables
  • Reports on client relationship, quality of work from team and feedback from market.
  • Leads the project team, bringing the best out of our content strategists, film leads, designers, animators and developers.
  • Attends team meetings to ensure they do not stray from meeting client goals and are maximizing opportunity with the work
  • Is the voice of the client in internal meetings with a balance of supporting the budget, resources and schedule
  • Supports the Project Managers in setting budget, strategizing how to maximize impact / quality / creativity / innovation within budget
  • Supports the Project Managers in setting strategies on schedule based on meeting client needs, managing expectations and showing progress
  • Leads and facilitates workshops, with support from team
  • Develops and writes Discovery and Planning Reports with support from team members
