As Controller, you manage time efficiently, are quick to respond to change, create order, take self action and have a proven record of strategically enhancing the financial performance and business opportunities of the organization.
In this Management Position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the hands-on day to day activities of planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
You will transition into managing all the financial functions including preparing and analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, forecasts, budgets, funding opportunities & strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Processes
- Financial software
- Ensure compliance with all banking agreements
- Plan, organize, direct and control the operation of the accounting and finance functions of the company.
- Maintain all financial reporting systems and procedures
- Work with and network with banks, financial institutions, external auditors and insurance companies.
- Analyze information
- Performance management
- Manage and coach the accounting department.
You have operational experience in reverse manufacturing, warehousing and logistics You possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral), sound decision making skills and good judgment, in addition to demonstrated time management skills.
You must have a minimum of - 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting and finance positions and you must possess a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with your CPA designation.
