    Description

    Air Canada Rouge is seeking enthusiastic individuals with a love for travel to join our team at the Toronto base (relocation to Toronto required).

    We are currently hiring in the Montreal Region and looking for candidates open to relocating to Toronto exclusively. Please note, relocation assistance is not provided.

    Key Responsibilities of a Primary Flight Attendant:

    • Prepare the aircraft for customer boarding and ensure a thorough understanding of the service and safety protocols for the flight
    • Interact with passengers through personalized interactions and public announcements in a warm, professional manner
    • Welcome passengers and maintain a friendly atmosphere throughout the flight
    • Adhere to essential safety procedures
    • Coordinate with the flight deck crew (pilots) for a seamless flight experience and effective communication with customers
    • Deliver inflight services including snacks, meals, beverages, and onboard product sales
    • Manage and support the inflight entertainment system
    • Assist customers with various needs such as baggage storage, seating, and overall comfort
    • Handle onboard incidents and emergencies
    • Manage medical incidents or emergencies, including providing necessary First Aid
    • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the aircraft
    • Share customer feedback with management and actively contribute to enhancing the Air Canada Rouge customer experience
    • Complete and submit required safety documentation

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Canadian Passport with no restrictions
    • Reside within a 90-minute proximity to Toronto Pearson Airport or willing to relocate
    • Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance
    • Access to the internet for real-time updates and communication
    • Comfortable working in pressurized aircraft cabins at high altitudes
    • Customer service background is advantageous
    • Adherence to Air Canada Rouge's medical standards, which includes a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a substance-free status

    Language Skills:

    • Proficiency in both English and French is preferred
    • Additional languages such as Bilingual (French), Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Greek, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean are also beneficial
