Overview
TDS is currently seeking a Legal Assistant with Real Estate experience.

This position will primarily support the efforts of the Real Estate department and related lawyers at the organization, assisting with the completion of residential real estate transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Performing online tax and title searches for residential real estate
  • Preparing purchase and sale reports for residential real estate
  • Preparing of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents for residential real estate transactions
  • Dealing with contracts, title reviews, and mortgage payouts
  • Preparing bank statements of adjustments and reconciliations.


To be successful in this role, you must be extremely flexible, highly motivated with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, with a mature, positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced, professional environment, are a must.

To succeed as a legal assistant in this role, you must also possess the ability to prioritize, have superior organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
