Are you ready to suit up ?


We are currently looking for a Full-time Security guard for Health Care Parking Security to work at one of our Health Care Setting in Winnipeg.

As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.


What you ll be doing ?

  • Mobile Parking patrols
  • Foot Parking Patrols
  • Traffic Control
  • Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
  • Providing Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas.
  • Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills.
  • Employee work alone process.
  • Patrolling will be done as per site orders.
  • Between the patrols parking at a spot mentioned in the site orders.
  • Performing Vehicle inspection at the start and end of Shift.
  • Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
  • Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders.
  • Be a good deportment.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

What we re looking for ?

  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • 12 years experience as Security guard in Customer facing roles.
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
