Description

Unlimited Medical Centres is looking at extending it's administrative team. We are looking for a patient-focused, detail oriented individual who has great time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Manage and supervise clinic staff, including nurses and administrative personnel
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain highquality patient care
Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective coordination of patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate electronic medical records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role
Familiarity with acute care practices and procedures
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems, such as Healthquest
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and supervise staff
Knowledge of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and performance management
Understanding of hospital policies and procedures
