Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective delivery of support services to Clients;
  • Develop, manage and mentor a team of client account managers and collections support staff;
  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to support services;
  • Maintain regular communication with Clients and attend Client performance and compliance meetings;
  • Participate in corporate audit and certification processes;
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the department is meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization;
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback on areas of strength as well as opportunity to team members;
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in support services or client account management;
  • Thorough understanding of the collections and customer service industries;
  • Established leadership and management skills with a proven track record of effectively managing a team with multiple priorities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Knowledge of collections industry regulations and best practices is an asset;
