Experienced UK MSP Appointment Setter – Hourly Rate + Commission


Description:


We are a UK-focused Managed Service Provider seeking an experienced appointment setter with a proven track record in the UK MSP / IT services market.

This is a commission-only role, paying 20% commission on every successful deal you source.

This role is not suitable for general lead generators or entry-level setters. Applicants must have direct experience booking qualified meetings and sourcing revenue for UK-based MSPs.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Booking qualified sales meetings for UK-based MSP services
  • Engaging UK decision-makers such as Business Owners, Managing Directors, and IT Managers
  • Outbound outreach via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or a blended approach
  • Pre-qualifying prospects to ensure genuine buying intent and budget
  • Sourcing opportunities that progress through to closed deals

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Proven appointment-setting experience for a UK MSP or UK IT services provider
  • Demonstrable results sourcing deals within the UK SMB market
  • Strong understanding of UK MSP offerings and buyer pain points
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
  • Professional, reliable, and commercially focused

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into UK SMBs (20–500 users)
  • Familiarity with UK MSP sales cycles, contracts, and objections
  • Experience using CRMs and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation:

  • Commission-only
  • 20% commission on every successful deal you source
  • Long-term opportunity for consistent performers

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
