Your role at Clorox:

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations across Canada
Lead crossfunctional teams to optimize supply chain processes, including manufacturing, planning, PMO, supply services.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities with overall business objectives
Develop and manage the supply chain budget, including cost control measures and forecasting
Lead the development and implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Build and lead a highperforming supply chain team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development

What we look for:

Requirements:

20+ years of progressive supply chain management experience of large groups spanning across multiple disciplines (e.g., Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success managing supply chain operations in Canada & US.
Highly effective coach to senior team members.
Successful at attracting, cultivating, and retaining diverse high performing, diverse teams
Experience deploying and driving adoption of digital tools to change the way supply chain work gets done and decisions are made preferred
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
