Responsibilities:

Stocking in cars, arranging transport, addescription, taking pictures for autotrader and other websites
Preparing cars for photographers and maintain an online presence
Preparing BOS for dealer trades and wholesale cars
Filling in reception at Lunch Time or when required. (Backup)
Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge)
Closing R/O's if required
Doing Cheque Requisition
During the winter season, responsibility to shovel the snow and clear snow off vehicles.

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent
Two (2) years of administrative experience
Must have licensing experience
Dealership experience preferred
