ACHKAR LAW is an employment and business litigation law firm helping business owners, as well as employers and employees with all workplace-related issues.

Our team includes exceptional lawyers, paralegals, and law clerks, and are looking to add great new members.

We are looking to add a law clerk (with a minimum of 5+ years of experience) to help with our busy practice and work directly with the partners.

Duties include:

Draft / Review documents, including correspondence, pleadings, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents,
Help lawyers manage file carriage and stick to strict timelines,
Prioritize files and handle sensitive information in a timesensitive manner
Communicate with clients and outside counsel professionally and with courtesy

Qualifications:

Experience in employment law, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, and Human rights is an asset
Law clerk experience in a litigation firm for a minimum of 5 years.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
