- Salary range for Process Lead between $70-80,000 based on skillsets and experience At our facility in York PA you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Speciality Product Group division of our team as the Process Lead :
- Maintaining compliance in product quality testing
- 1-3 years experience working within a manufacturing setting including time working within a 'process focused' role
- Working with team members to ensure that current processes are running effecitvely, and altering as needed
- tracking and management of all rework pieces
- Present all quality issues and findings to upper level management as needed
- Strong focus on continuous improvement processes and improving product quality
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to ensure that all discrepancies are dealt with properly
