We are seeking a dynamic Business Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in executing our technology transformation program.

WHAT WE OFFER

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead and mentor the business systems team and foster a collaborative, innovative, & performancebased culture.
  • Collaborate with Wing Group leadership to prioritize project and ticket backlog, mitigating risk, and aligning with the company's longterm roadmap.
  • Plan and drive the timely delivery of projects, managing project cost, quality, and risk.
  • Design, document, & optimize processes within the company to drive profitability & value.
  • Manage largescale change projects across the organization, ensuring capacity, capability, and readiness.
  • Help lead the company towards a modern SDLC approach, driving change in the development team's code control, testing, and release capability.
  • Post-Secondary Degree (preferably a B.Sc. Computer Sciences or Business)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in software development or business analysis.
  • Proven performancebased management of teams, crossfunctional projects, & change initiatives
  • Experience working with a change management methodology, Hybrid (Agile & Waterfall) projects, & experience Implementing standard SDLC processes within an organization
  • Clear concise communication tailored to each type of stakeholder (Senior Leadership, Operational Management, & Individual contributors)
  • Must have prior experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, API integrations, software testing.
  • Preferable experience with: HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Netsuite, SPS Commerce, Salsify, Cybersource, or Zendesk.
  • Preferable certifications: CBAP Certification, PMP Certification, or CCMP Certification
