Description

We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our exciting team of dynamic professionals in our growing organization.

This position will be responsible for the following contributions to our success:_
Assists the Service Technicians team as required to efficiently complete the assigned projects.
Manages a team of Service Technicians
Oversees all aspects of equipment repair and preventive maintenance
Leads and conducts the training of all maintenance staff
Completes project inspections, and reports any problems to Operations Manager
Liaises with external contractors ensuring proper and efficient work performance
Monitors work orders and service logs to ensure all are being resolved in an appropriate manner and within an acceptable time frame
Acts as a member of the property management team for emergency operations.
Ideally, this position would be of interest to those with the following qualifications:_
Post secondary diploma
Minimum five years experience in building operations/maintenance
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including preventive maintenance techniques
Good time management and customer service skills
Team oriented, diligent and reliable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and management teams
Valid drivers license and vehicle are required
Minimum two years managing a team
