Description

This position is an early 2nd shift working 11:30AM - 8:00PM Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

_Please note, this is a cold storage facility where you will be working consistently in temperatures as low as __-26 degrees Celsius/-15 degrees Fahrenheit_

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Operate a High Reach Forklift to pick orders and stage for shipment following all proper dock and warehouse safety procedures
Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others
Follow instructions and directives from supervisor and/or trainer
Perform all other duties required
Substitute for other operators as needed
Must achieve and maintain a current Reach Truck Operator's license

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have minimum 6 months of daily reach truck experience
Pushback/Rollback Racking experience highly preferred
Must have good attendance record and good work ethic
Must have reliable transportation as Public Transit is not accessible for the hours required
Ability to achieve appropriate certification
Comfortable working in cold temperatures while wearing personal protective equipment and freezer gear (from 40 to 15 degrees)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs/23 kg
