Pharma Operations Analyst
Provide technical expertise in leading reporting analytics and digital execution for assigned brand areas.
The primary focus of the Pharma Operations Analyst is to lead the design and delivery of reports (development, maintenance, enhancements) that drive understanding of KPI's for the organization.
Regularly reviews reports to monitor how they are assisting partners with key decisions in delivering on brand plans.Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is an 18-month Contract position.
What you will do:
- Report Development: Leads the identification of Pharma reporting needs/gaps and implements through the development of reports to meet requirements, leveraging Tableau and other internal reporting tools.
- Report Delivery: Responsible for the design, maintenance and execution (ie: QA, delivery, highlights of key trends) of monthly Pharma Activity reports and metrics to track KPI's for assigned areas/brands.
- Pharma digital campaign design and support in customer distribution lists and reporting components for assigned areas/brands
- Analysis: Lead solutions for ad hoc analyses and insights in support of Pharma team needs/decisions.
- Responsible for training business partners on key report components as well as how to use reports effectively
Compliance:
Ensures that projects and procedures are conducted in accordance with internal compliance policies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's (Masters preferred) level in the field of Business or Science
- 35 years experience in analytics (preferably within the Pharma industry, working with CRM data)
- 35 years experience with IQVIA data (preferable)
- Intermediate or advanced Excel and BI tool eg:Tableau (Saleforce/Veeva and SQL knowledge an asset)
- Familiarity with data stewardship components is an asset (eg: data quality, data definitions, master data mgmt)
- Good report writing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights
- Ability to work in cross functional partners and teams (eg: commercial, medical, IT)
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects, be highly organized able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Selfmotivated and proactive
- Ability to work in cross functional teams (Agile knowledge is an asset)
