    In this role you will be expected to perform a variety of administrative duties in support of our Central Region Disability teams and business operations.

    What will you do:

  • Coordinate set up of new hires, terminations, transfers, and leave of absences
  • Coordinate access to various systems and building for Disability staff
  • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Maintain team distributions listings for email distribution lists
  • Distribute emails to appropriate email groups
  • Maintain vacation calendars for Disability staff
  • Coordinate employee surveys
  • Maintain organization charts
  • Maintain shared drives
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support operations teams
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

    • What do you need to succeed:

  • Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word MS Office MS Teams Tableau (nice to have)

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
