Assistant to join our growing and dynamic company based in Delta's Tilbury Park.

This is a

12-month contract position (maternity leave), and we are looking for an individual who is out going, a great problem solver, can multitask, and is very welcoming to staff and customers.

We are located in Tilbury Industrial Park in Delta BC, with four ways to get here - the Massey Tunnel, Alex Fraser Bridge, South Fraser Perimeter Rd., and Hwy 99.

About the Position:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities include:

General administrative and clerical duties
Backup for reception and phones
Manage phone system and printer repairs.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable support
Office supplies ordering
Managing employee calendars
Organizing company events

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in an office administration and reception role
Excellent communication
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player
High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
