• Function as the Social Media Manager and Website Administrator with the ability to create and maintain the firm's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Create content, engages with followers, and analyzes social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the firm's website, creating content, and ensuring that the website is optimized for search engines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technologyfocused field with specialized training in current technology

• English
• 36 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and website design/development
• Must have experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other image creation tools.
• Must have expertise in website design and development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL databases
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of webdesign and computer coding to support simulation equipment and software.
• Strong work ethic and selfstarter, ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fastpaced business environment.
