Position Summary


As a Recruiter-Talent Acquisition within our Civilian Recruiting Department, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the full cycle recruitment process for all internal and external Civilian vacancies within the Service, while also providing recommendations on Civilian recruitment and retention strategies in consultation with management from client departments, adhering to all applicable legislation, collective agreements and best practices.

What we offer
The salary range for this temporary, full-time position is $ $48.05 per hour ($55, $87,456.00 per annum).

Peel Regional Police offers a highly competitive compensation package; applicants will be considered for the top end of the range ($ $48.05 per hour) based on experience.

The salary is complemented by a comprehensive benefit program, including employer-paid Health/Dental and Life Insurance offered semi-annually; and the option to opt into OMERS Pension Plan effective upon date of hire.

This position allows for the flexibility of hybrid remote working arrangements.
