- 1-2 years of quantitative supplier-side Market Research experience (operations or client service)
- Research project management experience, able to oversee Market Research projects from inception to completion
- Understanding of Market Research principles (questionnaire design, sampling, weighting, etc.)
- Certificate/Degree in Market Research, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Consumer Behaviour, or related field
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey software for data tabulation, basic reporting setup, and weight application
- Desire to work intelligently and be open to innovative work methods

AIR MILES is a subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal (BMO), which is one of the oldest banks in Canada and the 8th largest in North America with a significant global customer base.
Overview:
Market Research is part of the Voice of Collector (VoC) team at AIR MILES, comprising individuals with diverse backgrounds such as Market Research, UX design, and UX research.
The VoC team consists of associates who are enthusiastic about customer experiences, keen on understanding human behavior, and committed to enhancing the reward program for Collectors and business Partners.
As a member of the Market Research team, you will support the Market Research Senior Analyst and Senior Manager in conducting in-house quantitative Market Research.
You will play a role in quantitative survey sampling, survey testing and deployment, fieldwork monitoring, data table creation and verification, report generation, and tracking study management.
Responsibilities:
You will collaborate with teammates to conduct research that will help amplify the customer's voice within the organization.
The research you conduct will directly contribute to data-driven strategic decision-making.
You will have the chance to explore new and improved approaches to work efficiently, allowing you to concentrate on delivering meaningful and actionable insights.
